Moving on from Eisma, the hiker reaches the Vainupea special protection zone of Lahemaa national park. The hiking trail runs along the seashore in an old coniferous forest. The forest tracks are not used by motor vehicles and the forest is not used for the production of wood. This makes the area a suitable habitat for many species.
