Kalamecu-Markūzu ravines

The glorious ravines with waterfalls and cave-like niche are most beautiful during spring rainfalls, when rapids and waterfalls form.

Līzespasts post rider station and tavern complex

Buildings on the Riga-Pskov road were built in early 19th century.

Trapene larch alley

The most spectacular larch tree alley in Latvia is located on the Līzespasts–Bormaņmuiža road.

Baron Wulf's Bormaņmuiža Estate

Since 1934, the building houses the Trapene People's House, now the Culture Centre. A monument to writer Linards Laicens is erected by the Culture Centre.

Trapene Local Heritage House

Part of the exposition is dedicated to the local author and poet Ojārs Vācietis. You can listen to recordings of the poet reciting his own poems.

Antiquities Museum "Fazāni"

The collection contains around 40,000 items. The oldest item is the ~ 300-year-old refrigerator which used to belong to Ernst Glick.

Various services are available in the Museum of "Fazāni":
- Tent sites for overnight stays
- rest areas - canopies, fire places, grill, utensils for cooking, etc.
- drinking water (from a well)
- available electricity for phones, cameras, etc. for charging
- for larger groups (starting from 10 people), porridge cooked on the fire
