Near the park of Biržuvėnai manor, at the foot of the hill, there is an impressive spring called Laumės pėda (“The fairy's foot”). It is a natural ditch created by a spring washing up a slope. The ditch is reminiscent of the shape of the human foot. Hence the name of the source.
