On the eastern shore of the Gulf of Tallinn, along the Viimsi peninsula, the hiking trail passes through old fishing villages of Püünsi, Pringi, Haabneeme, Miiduranna, etc. The old villages have now become a suburb of Tallinn. Looking north from the top of the peninsula can see Aegna island. To the west is Island Naissaar. There is a beautiful coastal pine forest on Pirita.
