Plinkšės Village in Mažeikiai district, located in the northern part of Plinkšiai lake. In the middle of the 19th century, Plinkšės was purchased by Pliateriai. Around 1970–1880, the Plinkšiai manor house was built. The ensemble of the manor buildings and the park have survived to this day.

Lake in Plinkšiai Forest Biosphere Reserve. It is home to terns, great bitterns, western marsh harriers, white-tailed eagles, ospreys and other birds protected in Lithuania.

Manor ensemble near Plinkšiai lake. Late Classicist manor house, built around 1870–1880. Today, the representative part of the manor ensemble is best preserved, but the old manor buildings have collapsed. The old Plinkšiai Park is nearby.

A village in Telšiai district, located in the picturesque Žemaitija Upland. Near the village there is Buožėnai geomorphological reserve, Buožėnai mound.

Located on a separate hill, on the left bank of the Gervalė river. In 1929, after the construction of the farmstead, it was badly damaged, it was plowed, ramparts were dug, caves were dug, and an entrance was made in the northern part of the mound. Buožėnai mound with the settlement is included in the list of cultural monuments of the Republic of Lithuania.
