Pāvilosta is an attractive coastal town where the proximity to the sea permeates local culture and daily life. The surrounding area offers extensive beaches and natural areas with unique biodiversity. Here, you can arrange a boat trip with a local captain to explore both the sea and the Saka River, observing the area’s natural diversity. Several observation towers are set up along the coast, one equipped with a telescope. Another tower is located at sea level near the Saka River, ideal for observing bird diversity along the pier.
